Cube Register
The AMCRETE UK cube register is an integral part of your Quality Control and every project should have one. This form is an intuitive form that tells you if the concrete under test is compliant or not, as you go. It provides an immediate analysis if you have any strength development issues that need investigating and demonstrates to your client and the Engineer that you employ a robust Quality Management system.
Batch Analysis with Graphs
It is good practice to check the concrete that has been delivered, we would recommend checking 1 delivery out of every 6, or 1 concrete delivery each day of the project, whichever is the greater.
The AMCRETE UK Batch Analysis shows the conformance levels of the ready-mix producer in batching your concrete, particularly important when you need to check the water/cement ratio and cement content when you have strength development issues.
Concrete Design Brief
Good quality concrete begins with the information you provide to the concrete producer. With this information, the ready-mix supplier will be able to design a concrete providing the most economical way of satisfying the project specification for considerations such as strength development, durability and workability.
The AMCRETE UK design brief is an industry-standard document and contains all the prompts you need to consider and ill be recognised by your ready-mix supplier. If you give the concrete producer the right information, you are more than likely going to get the concrete through the gate that you are paying for!
Pre/Post Pour Check Sheet
Quality control is more stringent these days, and so it should be! Maintaining a high level of quality management checks, ensures that Non-Conformances are reduced or even eradicated, but more than that, it shows your clients that you care. The AMCRETE UK pre-pour and post-pour check sheet should be used to record the works before and after concrete placement, it gives everyone the opportunity to inspect and record that inspection. A useful tool to have when signing off your works as complete and to specification!
